At Lowe Farms we produce various salad mixes that can be ready to serve.

Upon request we can taylor mixes to suit buyer's needs depending on order size.

Our salad mixes generally include cos lettuce, chard leaves, baby spinach, wild roquette, tatsoi and mizuna.

Suggested dishes

Our colourful salad mix goes well with meat, chicken and seafood. It makes a wonderful and diet salad on its own when you add olive oil, lemon or other dressing.
